Part-Time Night - Janitorial Supervisor

City Wide Jani, Inc. is a full-service commercial cleaning company specializing in delivering phenomenal services to our customers. We are currently looking for a HARD WORKING Janitorial Supervisor. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for our growing team of Cleaning Technicians, along with a number of other tasks.  

Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily operations
Enforce all safety policies and procedures
Employee recruiting
Supervise/Train/Retrain staff on cleaning techniques
Meet Quality Control Expectations
Maintain Inventory and Supplies
Ensure sites have proper working equipment and supplies
Light Repairs to equipment
Weekly tailgating meetings
Create work schedule
Delegate daily tasks to Cleaning Technicians
Fill in as needed when short staffed/call offs
Timekeeping
